About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Persia Food Products Inc. as a key member of our wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure quality and presentation.
  • Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat and grind meats as required.
  • Meat Sales: Weigh meats for sale and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Training and Development: Train meat cutters to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced wholesale environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clear understanding with colleagues and customers.
  • Work Schedule: Work 35 to 40 hours per week, maintaining a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
