We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Persia Food Products Inc. as a key member of our wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat and grind meats as required.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior meat cutters to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced wholesale environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in English.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
