About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Kum Sing Poultry. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer specifications.
  • Meat Processing: Wrap and package prepared meats in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts to maintain product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
