About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Persia Food Products Inc. as a key member of our wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution to our wholesale customers.
  • Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat and grind meats as required.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior meat cutters to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced wholesale environment, maintaining a clean and safe working area.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 35-40 hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
