Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Meat Handling and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, and grind meats as required.
  • Training and Development: Train meat cutters to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders to meet customer specifications.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
