About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Wildwood Day Care Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives, aligning with our mission and vision.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including human, financial, and material resources, to ensure effective implementation of business policies and programs.
  • Leadership Development: Select, develop, and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external engagements, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a business operations or organizational development capacity.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
