About the Role

Lunatech Consulting Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our business operations and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including financial, human, and material resources
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Performance Management
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a business operations or strategic growth capacity
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
