The successful candidate will work in a dynamic business services setting, contributing to various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Facilitate information flow within the team.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage incoming mail and materials.
- Assist in budgeting and expenditure planning.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
- Establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
- Respond to electronic inquiries.
- Compile and analyze data and statistics.
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
