About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Whitemud Physiotherapy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient operations and maximize business outcomes.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business goals.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Technology and Systems: Ensure the effective use of technology and systems to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a business management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Workload: Large workload with multiple priorities.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
