Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business General Manager to join our team at Alpha Medicals International Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business operations and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure effective use of company funds
    • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a business management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong business development and financial management skills
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
