About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business General Manager to join our team at Biznes Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, while ensuring the effective management of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including the management of resources, budgets, and personnel.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to senior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement human resources strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior business management role.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and flexible, with excellent interpersonal skills.
