Job Overview

The Director of Customer Success will lead a team of dedicated Customer Success Managers, driving operational excellence and managing the adoption and enablement of our solution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of CSMs towards measurable business objectives
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through consistent and quality delivery
  • Participating in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Leading skill development through coaching, active listening, and direct feedback
  • Identifying and mitigating customer risk through customer health scores and CS tools

Requirements

  • 10+ years of end-to-end SaaS adoption experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a people management role, leading a team of CSMs and supporting enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling customer success teams delivering outcome-based value to complex and sophisticated enterprise clients
