h2Job Description/h2pThe HR Business Partner is a key role within Turner & Townsend, responsible for delivering all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management/development. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles and a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with a CHRP, CRHA, CPHR or additional HR certification./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pullibServe as a trusted business partner and HR subject matter expert advisor to senior executives and managers./b/lilibDevelop HR strategies and practices with leadership to enhance employee development, performance, engagement, and retention./b/lilibLeverage the employee engagement platform to communicate results, identify trends in data, and propose solutions to managers./b/lilibRecommend policy changes to support business needs based on provincial legislation./b/lilibGuide the day-to-day execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs./b/lilibProvide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees./b/lilibAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies./b/lilibAdvocate for employee engagement and well-being./b/li/ulpbQualifications:/b/pullibMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience resolving complex employee relations issues./b/lilibWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and performance management./b/lilibBilingual in French and English is a plus./b/lilibBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related discipline; CHRP, CRHA, CPHR, or other HR certification preferred./b/lilibStrong working knowledge of provincial employment laws./b/lilibExcellent verbal and written communication skills./b/lilibExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail./b/lilibWillingness to travel as required./b/lilibStrong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills./b/lilibProficiency in Microsoft 365 Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint./b/li/ulpbAdditional Information:/b/ppThe base salary range for this full-time role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
