Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day HR support and work closely with the HR Leads and Manager to develop, implement, and deliver HR programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and best HR practices.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned business units to ensure HR services are executed properly.
  3. Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization objectives and guidelines.
  4. Maintain compliance with applicable employment law requirements, company policies, procedures, and standards.
  5. Plan and organize work assignments, carry out tasks as required by the HR leadership team, and create HR documentation.
  6. Process updates in various HR Systems (HRIS, ATS, PAS) as required.
  7. Support the annual performance management process, including facilitating employee review meetings and tracking employee performance.
  8. Facilitate onboarding activities, conduct exit interviews, and related activities as part of the off-boarding process.
  9. Function as a team leader on assigned Human Resource projects.
