Job Title: HR Business Partner

Turner & Townsend is a leading independent professional services company that delivers transformational programs across the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors worldwide.

Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and supporting the seamless delivery of HR services to the Canadian business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee development, performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership on best practices that maximize employee development, efficiency, engagement, and retention.
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive workforce throughout the employee lifecycle and foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing HR support to senior leaders, line managers, and employees across our Canadian offices.
  • Collaborate with the local management leadership team and the broader regional HR team to develop and manage an HR agenda to support the company's business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related discipline; CHRP, CRHA, CPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of provincial employment laws and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a willingness to travel as required.
What We Offer:

Turner & Townsend offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
