Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team at HUB International Insurance Brokers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our team to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions, manage and collect accounts receivables, and focus on continued professional development to enhance your skills and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of client service and care by servicing your assigned book of business
  • Build positive relationships by working with colleagues on client renewals and new business opportunities
  • Identify coverage gaps and offer coverage solutions
  • Manage and collect accounts receivables
  • Focus on continued professional development to enhance your skills and abilities
  • Support day-to-day operational needs as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • A people person, you work to provide superior client service while working collaboratively with the team
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
