We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team at our Surrey, BC location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and develop strategies to grow their business
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
