Account Executive – Commercial Insurance

As an Account Executive with Western Coast Insurance Services, you will leverage your commercial insurance expertise to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they have the right coverage for their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing clients by providing recommendations for insurance products and services
  • Promote client retention by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online platforms to complete client applications
  • Quote new business through outbound calls and in-person interactions
  • Communicate with insurance company underwriters to ensure compliance with evolving guidelines
  • Prospect and upsell opportunities with clients across various lines of business
  • Liaise between clients and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation
  • Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement, community participation, and relevant courses

Requirements

  • Level 2 License required
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients or relevant work experience
  • Desire to learn our systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in the face of challenges
  • Passion for helping others, self-motivation, and determination to succeed
