Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships with our clients, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and care to our assigned book of business
  • Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues to drive new business opportunities
  • Identify coverage gaps and offer tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs
  • Manage and collect accounts receivables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Support day-to-day operational needs as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
