Director of Internal Sales

At Sani Marc Inc, we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee our nationwide inside sales team. As Director of Internal Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective inside sales strategies, ensuring exceptional relationships with our clients, and driving consistency across our inside sales force.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies aligned with our company's objectives.
  • Lead and train a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support to maximize performance.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and intervening in complex issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and CRM tools.
  • Provide ongoing training on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Proven experience managing a team across multiple locations.
  • Strong experience in change management and leading teams through organizational transitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Bilingualism is required, as you'll manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
