Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

At Château de Mercuès, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the food and beverage team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Manage food and beverage costs, labor, and inventory to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in a managerial role in a hotel food and beverage or restaurant setting.
  • Degree from an accredited university or college in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
