Overview

As a key member of the Château de Mercuès team, the Food and Beverage Operations Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our culinary operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage to create menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4 years' experience in a senior management role in a hotel or restaurant setting, preferably with a similar luxury brand.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
