Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Food and Beverage team to deliver outstanding service and achieve departmental goals
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives to exceed guest expectations and drive business growth
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage to drive menu development and culinary innovation
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses to ensure departmental profitability
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior management role in hotel food and beverage or a similar luxury property
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
