Landscape Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at RTJ Landscaping. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our outdoor spaces. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with landscape constructions
  • Tying and securing plants
  • Weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants
  • Cutting grass
  • Raking and collecting refuse
  • Removing litter and garbage
  • Carting and spreading topsoil and other materials
  • Laying sod or seed
  • Planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Applying fertilizers
  • Watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment
  • Tree removal

As a Landscape Maintenance Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work. You will require attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors. You will also need to be a team player, dependable, reliable, and punctual.
