Job Summary

At Groupe Paramount, we are seeking a skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our outdoor spaces. This includes tasks such as cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

- Cut grass and maintain lawn health
- Rake and collect refuse, including leaves and debris
- Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
- Lay sod or seed to maintain lawn appearance
- Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance outdoor spaces
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools

Requirements

- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment

Working Conditions

- Work will be performed on-site, with no option for remote work
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
