Fitness Manager for Sales and Team Development

The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee and member experiences at GoodLife Fitness.
You will be responsible for training, coaching, and ongoing development of a team of sales associates, with complete ownership of the new member experience. As a team builder and fitness educator, you will foster a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Educating your team on sales, relationship building, and driving new memberships to contribute to the financial health of the company.
- Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals.
- Proven success in leading, training, and motivating diverse teams.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
- Creative, independent, and able to think outside the box.
