Job Description

The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee and member experiences at GoodLife Fitness.

You will be responsible for training, coaching, and ongoing development of a team of sales associates, with complete ownership of the new member experience. As a team builder and fitness educator, you will foster a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Educating your team on sales, relationship building, and driving new memberships to contribute to the financial health of the company.
  • Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Proven success in leading, training, and motivating diverse teams.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
  • Creative, independent, and able to think outside the box.

Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
