About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for educating your team on sales techniques and strategies to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company.
Main Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club
- Lead, train, and motivate diverse teams to achieve sales targets
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Requirements- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Proven success in leading and motivating diverse teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for ongoing training and development.
