We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ERP Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their expertise in business process design, analysis, and improvement.

About the Role:

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems and processes. As a Senior ERP Business Solutions Consultant, you will analyze business needs, design and implement efficient solutions, and develop training programs for end-users. Your strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders will be invaluable in this role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Process Tower Leads to ensure ERP business process design provides an end-to-end view of steps, roles, and interactions.
  • Capture change impacts within and beyond functional teams.
  • Document end-to-end business process integration points from each functional area; facilitate cross-functional solution discussions.
  • Scope and plan process work aligned with program/project needs.
  • Support connections between Leads for all areas to enable an integrated solution.
  • Contribute to defining and tracking activities for the business readiness scorecard.
  • Identify issues and risks, develop mitigation tactics, and report on integration status updates.
  • Support Business Solution Lead on reporting systems integration status updates.
  • Ensure integrations meet business requirements and adhere to methodologies and standards.
  • Support cross-functional activities related to the integration of new systems.
  • Develop content and train end-users on proper use and maintenance of integrated systems.
  • Contribute to cutover and hyper care planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including third-party partners/vendors.
  • Identify, articulate, and track business value delivered by the ERP Program.
  • Identify areas where the ERP Program can create business value.

Who We Are Looking For:

We require an undergraduate degree in computer science or business, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT projects and processes. Retail industry experience is preferred. You should possess strong communication skills, ability to apply technology and architecture principles to business strategies, and experience working with outsourced service providers and vendor management.
