Administrative Support Specialist

The Government of Prince Edward Island is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Worker to provide administrative support services within various government departments and Health PEI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support services with a high degree of accuracy;
- receive and respond to incoming calls, arrange appointments, and make appropriate referrals;
- perform word processing duties, including typing and drafting correspondence, reports, memos, and letters;
- handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls;
- perform data entry;
- maintain accurate and updated records and file systems;
- assist in the preparation of budgets and related documents;
Requirements:
- High degree of accuracy and skill in time management, organization, and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
