Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide customer service to clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of office procedures and routines, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week.
