We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at iHeartMedia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and grow new accounts through a consultative sales approach
  • Manage a funnel of accounts while maintaining service level requirements and meeting aggressive activity targets
  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with peers in and outside your organization to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Manage client expectations to ensure an outstanding experience
Requirements:
  • Radio or Digital media sales experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor, including outstanding phone etiquette
  • Experience in a customer care environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus
  • A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics-driven and tech-savvy selling environment
