Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals of Canada Inc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales and rental transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales and rental activity
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales and customer service experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales and rental software
