Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at iHeartMedia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting new business opportunities across multiple platforms, including mobile, online, radio, events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and grow new accounts through a consultative sales approach
  • Manage a funnel of 50-100 accounts while maintaining service level requirements
  • Meet aggressive activity requirements of 50+ contacts per day
  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide client consultative direction on the best use of their advertising funds given the campaign goals
  • Collaborate with peers in and outside your organization
  • Meet and exceed activity, sales, and revenue targets
  • Manage client expectations to ensure an outstanding experience
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Radio or digital media sales experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor, including outstanding phone etiquette
  • Experience in a customer care environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics-driven, and tech-savvy selling environment
