Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Source Atlantic Ltd. as a Sales Director. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Outside Sales Team to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to drive sales in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Build and review sales budgets and go-to-market strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Meet with customers and developers to assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and programs to capture key customer demographics and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to drive sound business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Utilize our CRM and analytics tools to create open visibility and drive sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership sales position, with a strong ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
  • CSP designation would be an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to identify gaps and coach sales teams to close deals.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze data and drive sound business decisions.
  • Able to travel up to two weeks per month, with a valid driver's license.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with CRM software Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A business degree or diploma would be an asset, but not required.
