About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Insurance Services team as Executive Director of Corporate Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and client onboarding, while driving strategic plans and objectives to drive functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives around the delivery of services and client onboarding.
  • Play a key role in the development of the product roadmap to drive functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.
  • Display in-depth knowledge of the Insurance market, insurance operations including accounting and regulatory reporting, the competitive landscape, and technology to make decisions that have significant, long-term impacts on success and growth.
  • Exercise significant influence and is highly visible among executives and clients on matters of great importance to the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting or related discipline.
  • ~10+ years relevant experience working for an insurance company or financial institution.
  • ~ Prior substantive management/supervisory experience is required.
  • ~ Substantive knowledge of the insurance market and can provide ideas to generate business/sales.
  • ~ Experience with project delivery and successful methodologies, ideally onboarding and/or implementing Insurance operations services.
  • ~ Ability to work with clients and help sales.
  • ~ Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • ~ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment.
  • ~ Ability to work under pressure and manage activity with respect to tight client deadlines.
