Job Overview

As a Managing Director for Insurance Outsourcing Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and client onboarding, while driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in operations and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
