Job Title: Executive Director Account Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver high-quality services and client onboarding.
  • Play a key role in shaping the product roadmap to drive functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.
  • Exercise significant influence and visibility among executives and clients on matters critical to the organization's success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience working for an insurance company or financial institution.
  • Prior management/supervisory experience is required.
  • Substantive knowledge of the insurance market and ability to generate business/sales ideas.
  • Experience with project delivery and successful methodologies, ideally onboarding and/or implementing Insurance operations services.
  • Ability to work with clients and support sales efforts.
  • Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage activities with respect to tight client deadlines.
