Overview

We are seeking a skilled Floral Arrangement Specialist to join our team at Fortinos. As a specialist in floral design, you will be responsible for creating innovative and exciting fresh, silk, and dried flower arrangements that meet customer needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in floral design, demonstrated creativity and innovation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visually appealing floral arrangements for customers;
  • Assist with merchandising within the department to ensure an engaging shopping experience;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests;
  • Work collaboratively with part-time employees to ensure seamless operations;
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards;
