Avantier Inc. is a leading manufacturer of premium custom optics, seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join their expanding sales team.

Job Summary

This role involves managing the entire sales process, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle process to drive incremental revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Conduct outbound sourcing, establish new partnerships, and construct a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to capture them.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients, consistently meeting all monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years of B2B sales success, with a proven track record in leading presentations and demos, and closing deals.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to cold call daily, follow up, and close deals, experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close, and generating outbound leads.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, additional certificates are a bonus.
  • Compensation: CAD 80,000 – CAD 100,000 + Commission, with flexible work from home options available.
