Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Wealth Management Canada (WMC) Digital and Data Strategy team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital and data strategy for WMC, driving innovation and growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital and data strategy for WMC, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders to ensure delivery of digital and data initiatives across WMC's advisor, client, and head office lifecycles.
  • Partner with senior executives and business leaders to understand their long-term strategic vision and business ambitions, and develop strategies to support these goals.
  • Lead the development of business cases, strategic plans, and project proposals to drive digital transformation and innovation.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, build strategy artifacts, and lead execution phases.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities, and partner with internal business and technology experts to strategize and test initial feasibility of ideas.
  • Communicate strategic insights, business cases, and complex ideas through various mediums, including presentations, reports, and proposals.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, or engineering), MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 4+ years of corporate strategy work or management consulting experience (e.g., big 4 firm).
  • Professional experience in wealth/asset management or financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading/planning successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to indirectly influence others, and collaborate in insightful problem-solving.
