About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Product Management and Strategy to lead the definition of the product vision and strategy for our platform services. As a key member of our Platform team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and extensibility of our platform, which includes services and components used by various businesses powered by Loblaw Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the product roadmap and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver common services and components used across new and existing e-commerce businesses.
  • Collaborate with your team of Product Managers to build and iterate on ways of working and processes to ensure internal clients and customers can leverage the full extent of capabilities the platform provides.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and establish frameworks for assessing trade-offs between competing requests and priorities.
  • Foster a culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience leading the end-to-end creation and development of products, services, and experiences that deliver meaningful customer value at a fast-growing or established technology company.
  • Experience building complex platform projects, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in building high-performing teams aligned to outcomes and metrics, and evolving the overall product management practice.
  • A bias for action and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and establishing frameworks for assessing trade-offs between competing requests and priorities.
