About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile strategic projects, acting as a thought-partner for senior leaders across the company, and developing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects, forming hypotheses, conducting research, and developing data analyses to drive insights and actionable solutions.
  • Prepare executive presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations to senior executives and townhall keynotes.
  • Provide internal and external insights to support business decisions, including macro trends and competitive impacts.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and organizational changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leaders and between Loblaw Digital and Loblaw enterprise teams.
  • Facilitate the development of the annual 3-year strategic plan by working with business leadership teams and Loblaw enterprise functions.
  • Coach or develop other team members.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical capabilities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in forming and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with building presentations and compiling briefing materials.
  • Experience working with people at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Passion for digital consumer technologies that are influencing retail and e-commerce.
