Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fitness Planner to join our elite team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional health and wellness solutions. As a Fitness Planner, you will be the cornerstone of our member engagement and fitness success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one fitness consultations (Road Map Sessions) for members to onboard them optimally towards their fitness goals.
  • Prescribe personalized training packages and deliver high-quality customer service to enhance our members' overall experience.
  • Work closely with members to understand their fitness goals, track their progress, and motivate them to achieve their best.
  • Provide personalized fitness consultations, prescribe personalized training packages, and deliver high-quality customer service to enhance our members' overall experience.
  • Conduct member outreach when needed to fill your schedule with appointments when club traffic is slower.
  • Help in other areas of the club during cancelled or no-show appointments and use your creativity to help with lead generation and opportunity to increase earning potential.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education relating to the health and fitness industry.
  • Additional certifications or workshops relating to sales, marketing, and administration.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role is advantageous.
  • Experience in the health and fitness industry preferred.
  • All team members must complete a criminal background check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
