As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will embody the essence and spirit of our branches. At Scotiabank, our commitment is to prioritize our clients and assist them in reaching their financial aspirations.

Our Client Engagement Specialists are customer-focused and establish connections with clients in a relatable manner. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service throughout the client's journey by:

  • Proactively identifying client needs and actively listening to their requests.
  • Handling daily transactions efficiently.
  • Contributing to the Branch's objectives by recognizing and addressing straightforward sales opportunities.
  • Acting as a technology advocate, guiding clients through our mobile banking platforms and helping them manage their banking requirements effectively.
