About the Role:
Reporting to the Client Success Team Manager, the Client Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in client interactions. Key responsibilities include managing daily media coverage monitoring for major North American corporations and international clients, engaging with clients on a daily basis, preparing analytical reports, troubleshooting issues, and handling various ad hoc requests, including crisis monitoring and one-off analysis reports.
The Specialist will also be responsible for training and collaborating with our overseas media monitoring team to ensure that client expectations and requirements are consistently met.
As a member of the Client Success Team, the Client Engagement Specialist will participate in team meetings and collaborate on special initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and guiding other team members in monitoring diverse content sources (Web, Print, social media, etc.), assessing content relevance, and producing daily media briefs within specified deadlines.
- Crafting precise and well-articulated summaries or analytical reports that align with client specifications and timelines, as well as generating one-off reports and ad hoc tasks utilizing raw data.
