Job Title: SaaS Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for our new product, which supports schools in managing their absences and substitutes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product development and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Partner with customer success teams to deliver a fantastic product and service to schools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, using this knowledge to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend conferences, events, and school meetings to build relationships and promote our solutions.
