**About the Role**

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Structural Erector - Welder to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Blueprint Interpretation**: Accurately read, understand, and interpret blueprints to inform construction decisions.
  • **Task Planning**: Assist in planning the sequence of tasks to optimize structural steel installation and minimize delays.
  • **Elevated Work**: Work safely at elevated heights using aerial work platforms and ladders to access construction sites.
  • **Material Handling**: Rig, hoist, and move materials with the assistance of mobile cranes and other equipment to ensure efficient construction progress.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with a team to achieve construction goals and objectives.
  • **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • **Travel Requirements**: Be prepared to travel to various job site locations across North America for extended periods.
  • **Physical Demands**: Possess the physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform tasks that require manual labor.
