Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and understand blueprints to plan and execute structural steel installation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize task sequencing and material handling.
  • Work safely at elevated heights using aerial work platforms and ladders.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of steel erection and construction experience.
  • Journeyperson certification preferred.
  • CWB SMAW all-position welding certification.
  • Safety training in fall protection and aerial platforms.
  • Ability to work shift work.
  • Experience with metal building erectors, including pre-engineered and conventional structures.
  • Knowledge of roof and wall systems.
  • CWB certified in SMAW all-position welding.
