Regional Sales Director

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is a key role within the Particle Processing Team (PPT) at IDEX Corporation. This position will be primarily responsible for developing sales growth in North America, supporting existing customers with new equipment applications, and developing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Fitzpatrick and Quadro products in North America as requested
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in the region
- Develop and win new sales opportunities within the territory, including electronic outreach, contact via telephone, and networking
- Manage existing channel partners and appoint new representatives where appropriate across the territory
- Provide regular contact with existing customers to support service and after-sales activities
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team on the input and execution of marketing plans
- Ensure the group's CRM database is actively managed, including customer visits, quoting, forecasting, and similar information
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience selling capital equipment
- Experience managing commissioned sales representatives and distributors
- Demonstration of negotiation and sales with senior customer leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and capability to travel worldwide
- Aptitude for technical consultation and product configuration
- Post-secondary technical training is an asset (degree or diploma in an engineering discipline preferred)
