Job Title: Director of Sales, North America

At Northern Digital Inc., we're committed to advancing medical technology and improving patient outcomes. As our Director of Sales, North America, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and budgets to ensure accurate revenue projections and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure our sales strategies remain effective and compliant.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the medical technology or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
